Krishna Sharma

Mr. Krishna Prasad Sharma is a renowned name in banking sector. He has more than 32 years of executive experience in Rastriya Banijya Bank(RBB) (largest Commercial Bank, fully owned by Government of Nepal) in banking operations, business and human resources management. He has a great contribution in transforming the bank to more efficient and competitive in the market by utilizing organization resources, skills and knowledge for the betterment of the bank as well as economy. He joined the bank as an Agriculture Officer and retired from the post of the Chief Executive Officer.

While working at RBB and after retirement, he had the opportunity to serve on boards of different leading organizations as a Board Director which helped him to understand the working style, business models and strategies of the respective organizations in the market. Some of the major organizations are Global IME Bank, Nabil Bank Ltd, Nepal Investment Bank, Employee Provident Fund, NationalLife Insurance, NLG General Insurance, Credit Information Center, Deposit Insurance Credit Guarantee Company,3 different Grameen Banks.
