Laxmi Bhandari is a founding member of Academy of Innovation for Economic Development Nepal.
Ms. Bhandari is a professional journalist, lecturer and media consultant dedicated to promoting better human livelihood in Nepal through the journalism and media advocacy. She has been actively working for the past 15+ years with Nepal’s largest/ leading media house KMG ( Kantipur Media group) of Nepal. Also for the last 6 years, she has been lecturing journalism, mass-communication and media management in different colleges in Kathmandu (currently as a senior lecturer).She has served as media consultant and researcher at WWF, UNITAR, and TMSS regarding women and children empowerment, and development on gender justice. She has been actively serving as a Trainer of different TOT training.
